IDT offers many system maintenance plans ranging from total outsourced support supplied by our own trained service engineers, to ad-hoc maintenance programmes.
Our team of industry trained and certified engineers are available for telephone, remote dial-in support and on-site support.
IDT operate a bespoke “Maintenance Support Programme” each one tailored to our individual customers needs. This programme ensures both timely and accurate diagnostics, repair and re-commission of your computer systems. If you need help we are only a telephone call away.
IDT will maintain all of the hardware and operating systems in this proposal. Vendor specific/bespoke software shall remain supported via the vendors themselves. IDT have a wealth of technical expertise in all fields of installation and support with a dedicated team of qualified engineers.
As part of the support contract we can monitor all of the daily backups and antivirus updates and proactively respond to issues before and as they arise. Also ongoing system development advice is included.
IDT have an in house bespoke call logging/knowledge base database that gives both you and IDT the assurance that your call is being dealt with in a timely and professional matter.
